The following are the terms and conditions of Create a Cast Ltd (“We” or “Create a Cast”) and sets out the conditions on which we do business with you (the “Customer”).
Terms of Use
Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using this site. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree with our policies then please discontinue using the site. We reserve the right to amend any of our policies at any time
If you purchase your kit online then payment is accepted via Paypal or Nochex payment gateway. Nochex/Paypal are secure payment mediums that help protect your bank card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. If you purchase your kit from us using the telephone, then we will take your details from you and then enter your details into our secure payment system and confirm your purchase to you. We do not contact customers to ask for any personal information or bank details. An exception to this rule is when we will contact you to verify information should we think is incorrect. We will contact you and read your information back to you, you should never volunteer any information to us should we contact you.
Delivery
We have a business agreement with Amtrak and our prices are based on these agreements. If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us within 24hrs and return the damaged goods in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned goods, we will provide a replacement or full refund to you including any reasonable postage costs incurred by you. Please use Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery (or some similar method requiring a signature) to return goods to us. (See our returns statement for further information on returning goods).
All orders need to be signed for. If this is a problem then please let us know an alternative delivery address or somewhere we can leave the delivery if you are out.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you provide when you place your order. Incorrect delivery details may lead to delays in the delivery of your goods, therefore please check the address details you have given before completing your order, including the postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please sign the courier's delivery note stating so.
If you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify us in any event within 5 days of the date you discovered the damage, defect or complaint.
If you find that you have been sent the incorrect goods then please contact us and return the item to us using Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery. To ensure that we can reimburse you for returning the goods please enclose a proof of postage receipt.
If you are not available to take a delivery the courier will leave a card with their contact details. The goods can then be collected from the delivery depot if necessary. Amtrak will attempt up to 2 deliveries. They will then hold goods for a limited period before the order will be returned to us.
If you request that the goods to be delivered are to be left safe or with a neighbour, neither us or Amtrak can accept liability for loss of goods once these have been left safe at the customer's request on delivery premises.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase then please contact us to discuss the reason and should we be unable to resolve the issue then we will give you a full refund of the product price via a personal cheque. We are unable to refund any postal costs unless the return is a result of a fault on our behalf.
If you change your mind about wanting our goods then you may return any unused goods within 7 days of receiving your goods.
Should you return any goods to us, you must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime and are packaged in a manner to minimise damage in transit. We advise our customers to use Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery to return goods so that a signature is required by us.
Money Back Promise
If you are not happy with your product then please do not hesitate to contact us to tell us why. We pride ourselves on our customer service and we want you to be happy. We will discuss your individual situation and will work with you to get the result you want. We will give you a full refund of the product price if we cannot resolve the issue. All we ask is that you return everything (used and unused) to us so that we can then give you a refund (unfortunately we are unable to refund postage costs).
Our money back promise is guaranteed up to and including 28 days from your purchase.
Ordering of Goods
All orders of goods from Create a Cast are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We will contact you in the event that any goods you have ordered are unavailable. You will have the option either to wait until the goods in question are available from stock or you may cancel your order.
A contract will exist between you and us once we receive your order.
In the event that we are unable to supply the goods you have ordered and you have therefore decided to cancel the order we will reimburse your payment in full.

If you choose to pay for your goods on-line, then our payment service provider will ask you for your card details and process your payment. This information will not be shared with us.
If you choose to pay for your goods by personal cheque, your order will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared (up to 7 working days). We reserve the right to cancel the contract if cleared funds are not received.
Costing
All prices of goods quoted on the Website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of postage.
We reserve the right to change the prices of our products and postage at anytime.
Disclaimer
Whilst we agree to ensure where possible, that the Website is fully operational and error-free we cannot promise this and therefore accept no responsibility for any disruption of the Website and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Website impossible or impractical.
